What's there to say about a splash screen? Not much really. It's elevator music for software. Something to look at until you get to start using the program.
On the other hand, HTML-Kit's splash screen hasn't changed since HTML-Kit 292. Not significantly anyway, HTML-Kit Tools simply added "Tools" to the graphic.
The new splash screen is bigger and looks more proportional on high resolution screens than the original. It also tries to keep busy-information to a minimum.
