As a fan of shiny bits and a early adopter, I had to check out Windows 10 for myself as soon as the technical preview was available for download. While I like the metro/tile interface, I rarely get to use tile apps since most of my time is spent in the desktop. Windows 10 is making the desktop feel loved again, with the ability to run tile apps right in the desktop.
And of course HTML-Kit Tools made a apprerance, within minutes, in the freshly installed Windows. The current build of Tools runs without modification. So if you were curious, yes, you can run HTML-Kit Tools in Windows Technical Preview, build 9841 as of this writing.
