To convert plain text blocks to HTML formatted text, select the text and invoke the plugin.
The default settings can be modified by invoking the preferences dialog using the plugin's drop-down menu.
For example, to create a HTML block that contain a heading and a paragraph followed by another heading and a paragraph, enter the text for the first heading, press Enter twice (so that there's a single blank line below the heading), and enter the paragraph text (without blank lines inside the paragraph). Press Enter three times at the end of the paragraph (so that there are two blank lines below the paragraph). Enter the text for the second heading and follow it with one blank line. Finally enter the text for the second paragraph. Now select all four blocks of text and invoke the plugin. The default settings will wrap the two text headings with <h1></h1> tags and the two text paragraphs with <p></p> tags.
