The mouse wheel is working on the ActionsBar, but not inside editor windows.There are slight differences in the way mouse wheel is supported depending on the operating system version and the mouse driver being used.Upgrade to the latest version of the mouse wheel drivers provided by your mouse vendor. Following links are provided for convenience, however more up-to-date drivers for your mouse maybe available elsewhere:

• Microsoft mouse drivers (IntelliPoint 3.2 or higher).
   
• Logitech mouse drivers (version 9 or higher).
